Dennis is responsible for the management and direction of Antalija Constructions and the investment portfolio. He has a diverse construction and management background, having worked on a variety of projects through other organisations, including residential cottages, multistory residential and commercial buildings, refurbishments and infrastructure works.
Dennis founded Antalija Constructions with the aim of providing Canberra and the surrounding region with residential products that meet the demands of the market, are of a high quality and at a price that is affordable. Dennis provides the strategic direction for the company and focuses on expanding the company.
Jocelyn manages the group’s finance operations. Jocelyn has worked as finance manager for ANTALIJA CONSTRUCTIONS for the past 11 years. Jocelyn was responsible for financial and accounting for Universal cleaning supplies; Jocelyn oversees Antalija constructions day-to-day operations, the administrative organisation and its strategic position. In collaboration with accounting firm Viisum Accounting, Jocelyn manages all of the company’s tax and accounting matters. Her financial experience, valuable skills and bookkeeping experience are an asset to Antalija constructions.
Brad carries out the overall management, performance and successful delivery of assigned projects. Brads driven approach and eye for detail has been a great asset to the company. Brad’s rapport with onsite contractors enables him to deliver projects ahead of time and on budget whilst not compromising on quality. Brad has a strong ability to adapt to all roles and tasks given ranging from daily OHS compliance through to managing clients. Brads large-scale expertise has placed Brad in good stead for managing all of Antalija Constructions commercial projects and larger-scale developments. Brad is also an outstanding manager of all Projects, industrial agreements and issues at a senior level. Brads overall construction knowledge, experience and motivated attitude are what drive him
George has had extensive experience in the construction industry spanning 18 years earning him a considerable reputation for high performance. George has risen through the ranks starting in the industry as an apprentice Plasterer to his current role as a Site manager for Antalija Constructions. George’s in-depth design and construction knowledge along with his strong leadership has seen him deliver many projects in both the multi-unit and commercial building sector with in Canberra. George has completed for Antalija constructions, a 125-placed childcare Centre with 2 separate commercial tenancies in a 6-month program. He completed it on time and on budget with a construction value of $5.5 million. George also recently completed Glasshouse, which had 6500sqm GFA, it had 42 3-story townhouses on the site, and it took 11 months to build. GR $18.2 million
